POLICIES and AGREEMENT

REMEMBER: Book us for the DAY/NIGHT BEFORE THE SPECIAL DAY!
As with everything else in life, you gotta have some rules and regulations. We like to think these are the best way for both of us to know what is expected from each other. You know what we need and what we provide and you know what to expect to receive from us. 
  • Payment is required to confirm and hold your date. Your order will not be set until such time that payment and reservation is made.
  • Cancellations will be covered below in our refunds policy.
  • The signs are placed in your yard for approximately 22-24 hours. They are the property of Yardobrations. By renting from Yardobrations, you agree not to move, damage, or otherwise dispose of any signs or portion of the display.
  • You understand that you will be charged up to $40 per missing or damaged letter or flare graphic. 
  • The signs are held into the ground using metal stakes. They are NOT toys! Do not allow young children to play near or on the signs. 
  • Do not attach ANYTHING to our display. Again, we own the signs, attaching balloons or other items is strictly prohibited.
  • If the signs are being placed in someone else's yard, you should notify them that a yard display is coming. YOU are responsible if the homeowner damages or otherwise disposes of the signs.
  • Please make arrangements with any lawn care services not to perform their work near our signs. Grass or weed whacking damage will result in replacement charges assessed to you.
  • Please do not allow dogs or other animals in the yard at the time we are to arrive for set up or removal. Do not allow dogs to play or "do their business" near our signs. Animals may cause extra charges.
  • Please clean up after your pets prior to our arrival. Nobody wants poo on their shoe.
  • Yardobrations or it's affiliates, agents or employees are not responsible for any damage to or injury caused by misuse or normal installation of our signs. Again, do not play, lean on or move the signs
  • We reserve the right to decline any order if we deem the message to be bullying or inappropriate.

REFUND POLICY

  • Cancellations must be done 3 days in advance of reserved date. Cancellations made less than 3 days prior to reservation date will only be refunded 50%. Please understand, we plan ahead for your set up and we may have had to turn others away due to lack of availability.
  • Sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or other situation, we may not be able to set up the display. In this case, you will receive a 100% refund.
  • No refunds will be given for the following reason:
    • The honoree, homeowner or person ordering the display requests early​ removal of display.
    • Homeowner does not allow us to set up the display.
    • We are provided incorrect information such as address or date.
    • Dogs or other animals prohibit us from safely setting up the display.
    • If we cannot access the property for any reason out of our control, other than weather.
